A- Research and Applications to be Conducted in Schools and Institutions Affiliated with the Ministry of National Education;
In all kinds of organizations affiliated with the Ministry of National Education (central organization, provincial organization, and overseas organization); the Circular No. 2024/41 dated 14.06.2024 and numbered E-75292403-10.06.01-104540352, which regulates the procedures and principles regarding the permissions for national and international research applications to be conducted by universities, public institutions and organizations, non-governmental organizations, and individual researchers, has been published.
As of July 16, 2024, all universities will conduct the Research/Application process according to this Circular No. 2024/41.

The above documents should be submitted by the student to the Head of the Department and sent to our Institute with the cover letter of the Head of the Department.
